I still think you need to send it back for the recall fix first otherwise a judge is going to look at that oh your offered a repair to know fault and you refused. Only when this repair has been done and the problem still exist will you have the best chances of wining a court case.0

Hi, its already been sent for repair i did that straight away when i got the news, its just frustrating that comet refused to give me my money back even though a fault has been discovered. I have heard from many people that they should give you your money back or replace it....and then sort the problem out with the manufacturer themselves, a few people have went through this process with ease, Comet seem not to which is odd0
