Lloyds Air Miles Duo Card / Missing Air Miles

I used credit card cheques in July and August to transfer balances from other cards to my Lloyds card. So far, no sign of the Air Miles I should have received by using these cheques. I queried this with Lloyds on 16th Sept - they claimed they knew about the problem (IT system blamed as usual), but it should be resolved by 30th Sept. No joy so far.

Anyone else had this problem ?

BTW I've been using Air Miles and Lloyds for years and have done similar balance transfers in the past without problem.

A couple of weeks have gone by - nobody else got this problem ? I've written to Lloyds, but no reply so far.

Do you get Air miles when using cheques?
What used to happen may no longer be true now - check the terms and conditions.

Pure co-incidence this - I received a letter from Lloyds on 7th Nov (letter dated 29 October , so much for the efficient Royal Mail) confirming I'll get my Air Miles. True enough, the missing 600 miles appeared in my Air Miles account on 10th November. Just shows - if you don't ask, you don't get.

so when was it posted?
