Doctors and medical workers are also covered by medical indemnity to cover them from mistakes/ being sued etc, i doubt it actually would cover them working in an emergency situation such as in a makeshift hospital. I will bet my bottom dollar none of them have come home refusing to help if they were cought up in the tsunami worried about being sued.0
