Should i go on holiday to Egypt???? If so ???...where???

Hi all.
Looking for some advice please. Fancy going to Egypt in August on hols. Any ideas on where to go ??? hotel to go to and where the best resort is ??? Ie: Sharm, Hughada or elsewhere ???

Looking for somewhere lively-ish....bars, restaurants etc... to go to at night time. Don't want to be stuck in the hotel 24/7.

Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciaited.

Sounds like Sharm El Shiekh would be your best option, in particular Naama Bay. This is probably the busiest resort in Egypt that caters for divers and tourists alike. Plenty of bars and restaurants and a good atmosphere as it doesn't attract too many chavs/neds.

Hopefully you like the heat though as August will be red hot, won't be many warmer places on earth at that time of year......

We stayed in the Three Corners Kiroseiz which I would have no problem going back to.

I wouldn't go to Egypt in August - too hot -, and if I went, I'd want to do Cairo and Luxor to see the ancient sights.. and sites.

You can do day trips to both from Sharm, we did the Cairo tour. Its an early rise and a long day but well worth it....
