help with pickling eggs and ideas for surplus eggs

thanks sally savings.....i went the bbc website, and had a look through after you said, but as you say its not there now.... thats a good idea with the photos....as people can actually see how they live.....i could take some photos of my lovely fluffybum....( thats the name of one of our chickens)....
and charlie drake one of my ducks... they love having attention....so they could be famous......charlie is a muskovy duck he is so ugly he's beautiful...
anyway going back to the bbc website...i had a look at the one that was doing pickles and chutneys.... and that also could tie in with my surplus eggs, as i have just had an allotment...so maybe next year i could see what happens there...
even if it doesnt materialise...at least i know what the family will be getting for christmas....pickled eggs......Work to live= not live to work0
