Hi, dont know if anyone can help with the best email address to contact John Lewis to make a complaint?

I have been waiting for 15 days now for my washing machine to be repaired and the customer service from them over the phone has not been great to say the least. Really want to put in a complaint but not sure where to direct it

Any help please?

Well, this is what it has on their website about complaints - there's options for contacting a CS manager etc via e-mail, but I assume you've tried all these?

Hi, thanks for that.
Spoken to them on the phone only and when i asked to speak to someone else they would not get anyone.
Have always had excellent service in the past from them and just feel very let down by their phone staff at the moment

Did you try your local store's service department or just going straight through the website's call centre?
