If the fault is on your property it's still OR's problem, as long as the fault is not user inflicted (like you've damaged the cable when decorating). The network belongs to BT up to and including the master socket, so relax.No free lunch, and no free laptop

We has an electrician install a plug socket behind where we now have the television a while back, but the fault with the line didn't coincide with the broadband stopping working. Oh well I'll just have to see.It's always darkest before the dawn.
