Hinges for a pivoting internal door?

I would like to hang an internal door in my house that pivots from 10cm into the door (a bit like some shower doors).

Here is a good example of what I mean:



It obviously needs to be hinged at the top and bottom - can anyone give me a lead or link on where to get them? Pehaps they've got a special name, but Googling with "pivot hinge" hasn't been very productive.
