Thank you and this site has grown on me already and it's great that we can all share views, experiences and problems here.

And on a quick note regarding 'turn to us' I did a quick search looking for help towards Admin Fees. I couldn't find anything in the search engine that they have, so i've emailed them asking if they know off anyone who can help.
And another quick note, they have a debt section within the site with a link to NDL, so looks like they're helping each other.
