Can i claim the PPI off Studio cards?, which they put on my account in 2004 till 2006.
I never asked for it so i don't know how i ended up with it, also i was on benefits so it wouldn't be any use to me any way. Also can i claim late payment charges?
If so how and where do i start?
And i still have all my statments from then will that help my case.

Hello there
If you still have the terms/conds and the policy for this, check what it protects you for "if your not sure", if this was for unemployment/sickness etc, it will be like that of a PPI (payment protection insurance).
For the charges I would so that separately and post for help on the sufficient thread, so that you receive help and advice, also templates letters on this matter on there, the thread for the charges are here:

Going back to reclaim on the PPI, with the reasons you have for how you believe you were mis sold, you write to the ones that sold and arranged this for you, they have 8 weeks to respond in full.
Keep at them until they resolve in your favour, where another letter may need to be sent, if they are giving you the opportunity to write back for them to reconsider, then in the final response they should also enclose details if eligible of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), you can take your complaint to these if your not happy with the final decision.
Post by recorded delivery, for your proof of posting.
Here below is the link to the guidelines of reclaiming PPI, you will find a checklist of mis selling reasons and useful info and template letters, you can use the templates if you want to, or as a guide, good luck, please keep us posted and ask for help when required.;)
