    So does this mean that the assessment/plan for changes (if any) to your working environment in order to accomodate your illness, has been done?

    no course not! Which is why I have such a solid case for unfair dismissal if they fire me ;)

    update on here for my own records.

    Finally today confirmed that the deposit in my bank account is indeed my charges back :D from our mates at Lloyds TSB. 1639.32 :beer:

    So I neednt go to the high court ( about to phone them now to confirm they have settled) and the Case Management Conference will have to go on without me.

    As for what Im going to do with it.

    Emailed my freind who told me about MSE, im hopefully taking her for a pizza to celebrate & say thanks

    Pay off student loans 632.87
    Pay off sofas 750

    remainder into savings towards estate agency costs :D

    JOB DONE!

    I am so bloody happy with this, as I was starting to think that I might have to borrow the money to pay off the sofas as the 0% runs out at the end of the month and goes onto 28% or something stupid. Narrowly avoided :T

    Right better let CAG know, and let the high court know I wont be attending next week :D WHat a result
