I love getting post late, i never complain about that. It means you can answer the door to them.

I normally request the seller to hold off sending otherwise it will end up in the back log and I give buyers the choice

i am still getting used to having post delievered before lunchtime!!! i lived for 12 years on an island in scotland, and we never got post before 4pm where i lived!!! i did often ask our postie if she couldnt go the other way round for a change..lol

she was great... if you met her on the road she would give you your letters, and she would also bring medicines from the doctor. for some old folks she was only person they saw all day!

Ditto! Anything before midday for me is amazing...I have a dodgy postmen. I get things for a place 2 miles away with the same first 3 letters of the postcode and street name all the time, my neighbours...places about 30 miles too!
