The same happened to me provided card details page crashed. Luckily I had also provided my Mobile N0 for notifications and that notified me within seconds of the booking being confirmed. Hours later my email arrived. May not be a scam but from the number of complaints hear there is something wrong.0

To be fair, when I had overcharging problems from Travelodge (not the same as other posters on this thread - in my case I had prepaid for WiFi but not received an access code, so paid again meaning twice for one night), I contacted their customer services and it took aaages (about 1 month) but I did get my refund.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
