Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 and over excluding employees, and families and friends, of the promoter (Pilkington) and Centaur Special Interest Media. One entry per person per competition draw; multiple entries will be discarded. No purchase necessary. Entries must be received by the closing date of 4th December 2009. One person will win fully installed Zenith Staybrite Mk10 windows, fitted with Pilkington energiKare™ glass, to a maximum retail value of £5,000. The Pilkington competition winner will be judged and notified on 7 December 2009 and must agree to have the windows fitted between 14 December 2009 and 25 January 2010; they must pay for any items worth more than the total prize value and must agree to have their property photographed between 25 January and 7 February 2010 for Real Homes magazine, and agree that these images may be used for future promotion. Pilkington reserves the right to refuse provision of certain types of window, which it may deem unsuitable or over-complicated. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Real Homes reserves the right to withdraw any competition prize at any time without notice. Products shown in photography may not be reflective of prizes and are subject to availability. Once items are delivered, neither Real Homes nor any promoters accept responsibility for prizes.
