As we came into winter my dd was pushed up from £75 to £139 which was an absolute killer.
I had chosen the SAve Online as I hate being tied into anything and thought that the £60 saving to go onto Fixed Online was not worth it for the freedom.
Anyway today I gave Eon a call and spoke to a very pleaseant lady who explained how much I would save and then suggested she could review our payments once changed
2 Minutes later im on the Fixed online and my payments reduced to £82!!!!!
Im chuffed..oh and to top that ive just found out hubby has been on the wrong tax code for years and so is due a 6 year rebate :-)))))

Don't want to be a killjoy, but a reduction in DD has little relevance to your bills.
If £139 a month was a correct payment, there is absolutely no way a change of tariffs will bring about a 40% reduction in costs to £82.
The probability is you will remain at £82 for a couple of months and then they will review your account and it will jump up again.0 -
well I had money left in my account where I had been over paying and I had already stated that 139 was too much as they were taking into consideration last winter when we just moved to the property and were having to use an elec heater so I think £82 is a little low but not far off the mark0
