Should I cancel auction or refund? Help!

Hi! I sold a low value item on 6th October. I then had no response from the buyer despite a few polite emails. So I opened an 'unpaid item' dispute which is now closed. I relisted the item at a lower price and now have 1 bid on it...but when I checked my emails this morning the original buyer has paid! So do I refund her and explain I've relisted it, or do I cancel the new auction which has four days to go? I'm just scared of getting bad feedback if I do the wrong thing!
Thanks for your help!
Thanks for your help!

Did the original buyer respond to the dispute at all? If they didn't then they can't leave feedback. Personally I would refund them anyway- they put you through a UPI, which makes them a untrustworthy buyer in my eyes. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. Hi, thanks for replying. No, she hadn't responded to the dispute..says she was on holiday. So I should refund her and let the other auction run?"I believe that everything happens for a reason. I would refund and add the ID to your blocked bidder list if you no longer wish to sell to her.
If she did not reply to the dispute, she should not be able to leave neg feedback - or if she does, it's removeable.
She has perhaps received too many strikes and is having trouble buying from sellers with blocks in place. She had more than enough time to contact you, holiday or not!
As it's a low value item and you already have a bidder, you may get as much or more with your 2nd auction.
Just send a polite message that you have refunded the payment as it was received too late.0
