  • Um no - I rang to query if it was OK, only to be told they had no record of offering the refund and could I send them a copy of the email they had sent me! Just warning people, that is all. If you want a hassle free time don't buy from them.

    It has all been dealt with by email, so I am not sure where the postal strike enters into this.

    Because due to the postal strike, mail order bookdealers acquire an additional workload of enquiries, complaints, reorders, cancellations, and refunds to deal with. That leads to delays.
