Reclaiming from Barclays - options

Hi,

Ive had some financial difficulties lately and got into a spiral of bank charges with Barclays. I spoke to them on the phone, made a complaint and they sent back a generic letter which just dismissed everything i wrote about. So i wrote again, carbon copy letter back again (eventually).

Ive been in the branch and on the phone and they just dont want to know.

Im considering using myclaimsexpert . co . uk- any feedback on this? Is it a good/bad idea? Ive looked on the internet for reviews of this site but couldent find much and im a bit afraid to submit my bank details on their site.

Please help! I want my money back!!!

Hi dont no any other ways SORRY! but i do no this way works i've used it. Applied for interest and everything just been payed £1802 as a goodwill gesture due to financial hardship used all the templates from the site and even did the interest calculator enjoyed it and got money cant be bad hope this helps.

So you used the template from this website, wrote to your bank explaining it was unlawful and you had financial hardship and they paid out?

How long did the process take? Can you give me some more info.

The company you mention will not get back your charges any quicker than you yourself. If you have the personal reserve you can save £22.00 by asking telephony to remove the reserve from your account.
