Garage worked on my car now it doesnt go

A garage did some work on my car - they had to take the engine out and sort out an oil leak. Took the car home and later that night it started making strange noises - called the breakdown people they came and looked said that the fly wheel had not been tightened when the engine was put back in. Couldn't leave the car where it was so got it towed home - rang the garage that did the work and they are refusing to collect the car and fix the problem. Do I have any rights?

From what you say, it sounds like the oil leak was from the flywheel oil seal.
Depending on the car this would have needed at least the gearbox removed, then the flywheel removed to replace the oil seal of the crankshaft, then put it all back together again.
I would say get back onto them, as if this was the problem then it's clearly their fault!
