Right she had a car leased with her work with the NHS, at the end of the agreement she was told she could get money back for unused miles. She emailed the person organising the deals and was told the lease company were keeping the £600 odd pound due to dents in the car roof. The car was inspected with no dents when picked up but my sister threw away the report recently... sigh.
