Reclaim Bank Charges - Will This Affect my Overdraft ?

Hi I'm a newbie...

We have an agreed overdraft facility of £12500 with Nat West over 3 accounts. We are currently £7500 overdrawn within this facility. Last month, in one of the accounts we went over the £5000 overdraft limit for a few days. I cleared the 'unagreed' debt but was charged somewhere around £200.

I want to try the standard letter approach to claiming unfair fees. Will this make them 'blacklist' me and do you think they will then stop my overdraft facility ? Presumably the letter only applies to unagreed fees - not the fees I pay each month in interest ?

What I am thinking of doing is getting a £7500 loan from my Building Society to pay off the overdraft anyway...then returning my overdraft facility back to £50 per month. That's if the BS will lend...

would appreciate your thoughts.. ta x
