Question about E-Tickets?

Sorry its late at night and I've got brain freeze.
I am hoping to sell 2 concert e-tickets but am unsure of best way to despatch if sold.
Either.....
1) Email winner PDF Document to print out themselves and avoid any problems with postal strikes.
Are there any scams I should be aware of wz people claiming not received emails or similar?
2)Post out Special Delivery?
Poss Problems with postal strike?
Would charging £4.95 for a sheet of A4 paper e-ticket seem fair?
Thanks and again apologies if this is a stupid question

The ebay policy on selling digital media is as follows:
"A digital item is a computer file or special information that you can access online or have delivered electronically. Digitally delivered goods and items which are transferred electronically are not permitted on eBay. Some examples of digital items are:- Electronic books or ebooks
- Digital pictures
- Other electronic documents
I had always assumed you couldn't sell e-tickets on ebay but maybe according to this you can. However anybody buying from you could probably file an item not received claim on Paypal as you would not be able to prove you physically delivered the tickets (i.e. with a RM Special Delivery tracking number).
You can't send tickets by any other method with Royal Mail as Special Delivery is the only way that they are covered for loss. Unfortunately that is the price that you, or the buyer, has to pay. Assuming the concert is soon, it is also the only way you can be sure they will receive them in time, especially as things are at the moment.0 - Electronic books or ebooks
