Argos Digital Camera

I recently purchased a pretty expensive Pentax digital slr camera from Argos got it home and noticed it was faulty, I wanted it replacing. I went online to reserve another one to make sure it would't be sold as it was the only one in the whole of the Yorkshire region.
I was successful in getting the faulty camera exchanged took it home then I noticed it was a different "lower grade" camera than I had previously purchased. I don't want this camera I have tried it and its shocking.
I have my receipt and proof of purchase but I look on the website with the original order code from the receipt and it shows that the code is now for the camera I have now I don't want this camera I want the original I had chosen before. am I allowed to get a refund on this? I'm seriously peeved off as I cant sell my photos or build my portfolio.
does anyone have any advice on what to do because on the receipt it states digital cameras will not be refunded unless faulty. Heeeeeeelp

When you reserved the replacement, was it the same product code? If so, more than reasonable to demand a refund or replacement for the original.
Don't suppose you know the different model numbers do you, for the original and the replacement?
Is it possible that the first camera was sold to you in error, i.e. you got a higher spec camera than you paid for?0 -
Cheers for the reply
Yeah its the same product code just different model now.
The models are K200D and its now replaced with the KM its the K200D that I chose after intense research so it was definately advertised under K200D.0 -
What does it say on the original receipt - K200D or KM?
If you've not got the original receipt, or it doesn't say they model no., you'll need to prove that you bought the K200. Don't suppose anyone has the previous catalogue?
They've certainly sold the K200D because there are reviews on th Argos website, unfortunately it doesn't point to a product code => http://reviews.argos.co.uk/1493-en_gb/0561666/reviews.htm
Or I don't suppose you ordered it online, or reserved it online - you may have the email which confirms the order or reservation?0
