Taking chocolate to USA - LAX airport?

When I went to Florida I took a small suitcase stuffed with goodies: chocolate, crisps (several different flavours and types) biscuits and a warburtons toastie loaf and got through no questions asked
They didn't last long though, think the curly wurlys were demolished before the day was out
