B and Q bathroom fitting

I have 2 projects, to add a new downstairs cloakroom (toilet and basin), and re do the upstairs bathroom - tiling and suite. A friedn has just had her bathroom completely re done by b and q - from design onwards. He said it was all really easy and they've been great. Any other reviews?
For the cloakroom I imagine I'd need to get a builder to do create the actual room, then maybe b and q could finish it off?
A reason I'm leaning towards b and q is that I haven't got a clue about rennovating and to be able to go into a shop and pick everything thing out and they sort it sounds ideal to me.
Cheers.
