hi everyone
could anyone tell me if it is legal for mbna to ask for my partner's income and expenditure and ask a lot of questions about him when i am the one who has a debt with them? i've sent countless letters to them since march and provided them with all they asked! but they are only replying now and asking for my partner's stuff...i'm also on maternity leave so don't have a lot coming in at the moment...my partner pays for mortgage, bills and his own loan repayments etc...can anyone tell me?
thanks

it's legal for them to ask
it's legal for you to refuse to answer
however you need to see this in the context of what you are trying to achieve0
