I've tried to hit the spam button three times on three different threads started by the same poster on the DFW board, and it is saying that this thread cannot be reported as spam?

Probably because they had already been deleted before you could press the spam button.

That "this thread cannot be reported as spam" message is what I get when that happens to me. :cool:

Thanks fermi, I thought it was maybe because I couldn't report the same poster twice or something, even though the poster posted three spams threads on the DFW board.

It's amazing just how quickly they deal with the spam on these boards :T

Nope. You can click the spam button on each of their posts.

All 5 threads on DFW were removed at the same time , so I expect that happened while you were preparing to click the button. When you did, as far as the forum was concerned there was no need or no thread any more.

Remember it takes a few people to click the button
If i see a spammer I'll post something
"Spam like click the spam button"
If you see some spam or a post like mine
click the button
and they do get deleted pretty quickly

Yes I followed the Chinese spammer around as did Numpty today and a few others I suspect. We seem to be targeted the last few days by the same people
