hi I have just spoken to them on phone, regarding a court order for repossession which is happening in Nov, we have come to an arrangement so they will go for suspended and also said if I keep to arrangement they will not charge me the £40.00 arrear charge and interest. That is a big improvement on this as have always been told that i would still be charged this. Hope this helps some one.
