Claim on hold, subsequent charges, hardship claiming etc

Hi All (new here so please be gentle
)
I have a current account with Lloyds TSB that I never use and only have because I have a Gold credit card. I made a claim for charges from the current account that (as with everybody elses) is on hold pending the test case etc.
I have some questions:
1. Can charges subsequent to the original claim be added to it, or is it neccesary to make a new claim?
2. I want to claim on the basis of hardship as my wife has just lost her job and we can't make our commitments on one salary, how do I go about this and do I include the subsequent charges above? All the current account is doing at present is continually going overdrawn every month, which is obviously accruing charges, and so the cycle continues next month :rolleyes:
Any help on the above would be greatefully received.

No we only put enough into the Lloyds account to cover the costs of the charges. We have an account with Nationwide that is our main account0 -
Nationwide is the account you need to attack on the financial hardship. Can I ask whether you are simply covering the interest or is the account constantly going over the limit(lloysTSB that is)?No we only put enough into the Lloyds account to cover the costs of the charges. Every month it goes over the limit due to the charges, there is nothing else coming out of it. We can only afford to put money in to bring it back to an acceptable level. There is nothing else going or coming out of it.0
