    If you do that and split up half the equity belongs to them and could force a the house to be sold.

    There are no financial benefits or security reasons for you by adding them to the mortgage or title deeds.

  • The advantage is that the woman can get her hands on the house. Simple.

    Perhaps presure is being put on this poster . Like all do nothing. No need to do it, wont add security etc.

    Perhaps your lady just wants relationship security???
