Last Thursday my hubby's 11 month old laptop stopped working, just wouldn't boot up. Called HP on Friday to get some advice and they arranged to pick the laptop up on the Tuesday and said they'd have a look at it and have it returned within 5-7 working days. I wasn't holding my breath!
Anyway, it's just been returned fully fixed within 2 days! I am amazed!
