Nokia Music won't download

I've had Nokia Music for about a month now after winning a 5800 with Pepsi and have downloaded hundreds of songs but now have a problem, every time I try and download a song I get this error:
The download process failed to start. Please refer to the troubleshooting guide in help. Unable to connect to Nokia Music Store.
I have checked my account and it's still valid, nothing has changed on my PC, I'm running Vista and it's fully up to date.
There's a few solutions I've found, uninstall and reinstall Nokia Music, this didn't work, uninstall and delete the MDataStore.db3 file, this didn't work either.
I've contacted Nokia but received an auto email saying a reply will be sent within 48hrs but that was 72 hrs ago so I'm a bit stuck.
If anyone has experienced this and has some answers I would be very grateful !

You could try backing up your data/songs with PC suite (and or Ovi just in case!) and then revert to factory settings. Failing this you could do a soft or hard reset.0

I should have said, nokia music actually still works fine on the phone, it's just on the pc that it doesn't work.0

You could try a registry cleaner/repairer. Eusing free registry cleaner got me out of a hole once, here, and has always kept things running well. Also do a cleanup with ccleaner. Uninstall Nokia music, backup registry, run Eusing, then Ccleaner, then reinstall Nokia music.
It might help, or perhaps you can download from your phones browser.0
