taltalk phone v bt phone?

Hi there

Who gives the best and most reliable phone service? Just signed up to an 18 mth contract with aol for broadband (3 mths free + £14.99 thereafter) but felt nervous about having both broadband and phone from talktalk (even though its a good price and is unbundled in my area not interested in aol talk plans)

just wondering am I right in thinking apart from price per call is bt likely to have a more reliable phone and customer after care should something go wrong?

many thanks

:)

    Hi justaquestion,

Many customers use both BT and TalkTalk without any problems - that said no provider can guarentee a fault free service. The service is provided on the same cable through the same exchange. The only difference is if you are on TalkTalk LLU then you are connected to TalkTalk equipment at the exhange rather than BT equipment. If you do have any problems what so ever with your TalkTalk service or even if you just want to have a chat to other TalkTalk customers to see what their experience of the service is you can visit https://www.talktalkmembers.com./forums where my team provide support.

    Cheers
