Glad all worked out for you.
Wouldn;t bother with the little jibes though - this is an open internet forum and if you post you will undoubedly get replies you don't really want to hear but with good advice and some replies you don't want to hear with some bad or no advice. You will also get warm lovely replies with no useful advice aswell. Just take the bits that are useful to you and move on with that!

Just want to build on what sunshinetours said...something that appears to be a jibe may actually be good advice that you don't like or want to hear, so make sure you consider that before ignoring. Glad you got it sorted though, hopefully you'll be in your new house soon :T0
