missed it!!!
What a bargain!!ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -
It's always a good sign with Tesco if they spot an online mistake early as they limit their loss and are more inclined to just despatch what orders have already gone through and avoid the hassle of dealing with all the disgruntled bargain hunters. So chin up all it's looking good for those that got!Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

Thanks got some hope they honour it -its back up to the right price.!-do they usually.
I don't normally involve myself in the politics of this site prefering just to save money but Why do people always want to put down a bargain that OP's post -it might not be right for you but it will be for someone.0 -

Just had the phone call from tesco - they're not going to honour these sales. Apparently they're phoning everyone who placed an order to tell them the same.
I gave him a line about it being my first order with tesco online and that I'll think twice before ordering again, but was told it was out of his hands and all he could do was pass my comments on internally.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it

Exactly the same here. Asked if they were offering vouchers and they said no - all he could do was pass my comments on internally - and all customers who ordered (about 50 he said) were having the order cancelled and being treated exactly the same.
Just need to find a good R+R now ....0 -
Suppose there is no mileage with trading standards at all then?0

No - very much doubt it - it was a genuine mistake and it was only an invitation to treat... I think the only hope was that they would honour it as a gesture of goodwill. I think they have rung me too - as I have had a call from 'Number unavailable' - will be interesting to see if they contact me some other way as I don't tend to answer calls with numbers withheld.0 -
Well I don't intend to speak to them am going to insist it is put in writing.
My daughter took a call today too and they said they would ring back.0
