anyone use this as a pc cleaner? I have for over a year nwo and thought it was okay until I read some reviews tonight which suggest it actually creates spyware! also someone mentioned that even after you "repair" identfied issues and then run it again it finds just as many again, this all seems really odd now and I'm doubting the value of it.
