Hi I have been offered by a company to clear credit card debt by paying a fee upfront as a holing fee which I will get back if they can clear the debt has anyone come across this please sounds too good to be true.

That's an unbelievably good deal! Bite their arm off!!!!
If they can't get you any money back, they earn a fee.
If they do get you money back, they earn nothing.
That's one hell of an incentive for them isn't it?0
