anyone received any marketing calls from 09049596000?

just got my phone bill and there are 2 calls to this number at the cost of 98p each. None of us called this number so can only think it's been a marketing call that has maybe been answered by our answering machine so ahs incurred a charge.
I'm already registered with TPS but on reading the website these calls aren't covered by TPS. How can I stop them and can I get my money back?

You cant pay a premium rate if you answer a call. You can only incur such charges if you make a call.
Has anyone called GMTV to enter a compo by any chance? As the number in question is a competition line for GMTV.
