How to close dispute/leave feedback for this one!

So, a while a go I won an auction as the only bidder on a free P&P item of around a tenner value that most buy it now business sellers were selling for about 75% more including postage. Paid by paypal a day or so later.

Waited till two days after the quoted delivery window, hadn't arrived. Sent an email to seller. No response. Left it about a week- ten days, no reply. Emailed ebay to request more contact details. No reply, waited a few days.

I then opened the claims centre (for the first ever time!) to go through the first steps of finding out whats gone on. Waited about 2 weeks for the seller to respond to this, the response form just seemed to say 'dispatched by RM second class'.

Anyway, magically the item has now turned up, with no sign of a postmark (stamps are defaced instead, but no postage due so obviously in the system).

Does anyonne know what I should do now? I assume i just close the dispute as the itemms nowarrived, but I guess theres feedback to think about too. I was going to mark the seller well down on this - it seemed to me like they were just trying to 'get away with' not posting an item which I guess they were taking a small loss on, however the lack of postmark makes me think it might possibly be coinsidence that it has only just turned up 3 or 4 days after the seller finally responded to the dispute....

Any advice? I guess if I don't leave the feedback tonight come morning I'll lose the option to score on delivery time, as the strike starts....

personally I would leave a neutral on this one, mark down on communication and dispatch time and leave a comment along the lines of Item was of good quality but arrived after 3 weeks, no reply from seller till dispute opened

Don't mention the dispute technically the seller could get the feedback removed as you are not allowed to mention paypal disputes in feedback

cheers guys. The option to leave feedback hasn't appeared yet. I'm wondering if it won't, as when I actually purchased the item was almost 2 months ago now!

You have probably missed out on being able to leave feedback. I bought an item on Sept 6th and when I looked on the 16th of this month (just 39 days later) the option to leave feedback for the item had gone.
