How many low dsr's are you allowed?

Before anything happens? and what does happen?
Its just ive recieved a low 1 for postage and packaging although i only charge what it costs plus 30p or so for the packaging materials
and most of the time i underestimate it and i have to pay the difference:o

As far as I'm aware, you are allowed 4 low ratings or 4%. Apparently Ebay will act on whichever one is better for the seller. So 1 low rating will not affect your account.
I had a look on Ebay help pages, but it seems "help is not available at this time":(0
