1. Open to UK residents over 18 only excluding employees of Promoter and their families, the Promoter's agents or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
2. Closing date for receipt of entries is 29th January 2010.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Entry to the free prize draw is through the www.apwines.com website only.
5. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this competition.
6. There is one 1st prize that consists of 12 cases of wine.
7. The draw will take place on 1st February 2010. The winner will be contacted by post, telephone or email within 2 days of the draw. The winners must claim their prize within 10 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules
8. The promoter reserves the right to vary details of the prize, or substitute a prize of equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
9. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. All prizes are subject to availability and in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar or alternative prizes of equal or greater value. The prize must be taken by the winner unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Promoter.
10. The prize will be awarded to the first entry drawn at random by an independent judge. The decision of this judge will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Entries that are incomplete or those not in accordance with all the entry instructions are invalid. All submitted entries are the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
12. No purchase necessary.
13. By entering the free prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
14. The winner's details (name and county) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to Bottle Green New Street, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 4BH, UK within 6 weeks of the closing date.
