Desperate to Sell but terrible Neighbours

I think a meet twixt you and their landlord on mutual ground somewhere, without their knowledge, could be a way forward. He/she has responsibilities as a landlord to ensure tenants abide by a tenancy agreement and that shoud include a list of things from consideration to neighbours to keeping the property in good order etc. Surely the landlord would want to protect his/her investment? Maybe you could do some research on private landlords and tackle it by complaining about him/her or threatening to if necessary. Maybe someone at your Council could advise you on that?0

Build a higher fence maybe
I have a six foot fence but it's the front thats a problem! Unfortunately I cant find out who the land lord is however I do know he is a friend of the guy who rents it. He used to own a pub but I have heard rumours he has gone bankrupt! The situation is very dodgy and people are coming and going at all times of the day and night. I have been told that there is drug dealing going on too but I dare not take any action on this for fear of retaliation. I think we are just going to have to take a hit with the house and sell it for a lot less than its worth. There are 11 houses up for sale on my street and I can understand why!!!!!0 -
