Gamplay Fob Off

hi, any advice on this problem..

i ordered singstar beatles from them with wireless mics which when arrived turned out to be wired mics. They said i could keep the wired mics and they would send out wireless ones too.

So far so good I thought - thats great customer service.

The wireless mics have never turned up and today after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they say royal mail say its been delivered and they basically say they can help no more.

These have never been delivered at all. What options do i now have?

you need to write recorded or email them stating that it is there responsibility to chase up RM for the parcel so in the mean time they need to send you your item again.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

They make wireless microphones?!?!?! I thought they all had wires??

(Yes, it's the supplier's responsibility to chase it up with RM, and make it clear that the ones you already have are NOT the ones you ordered.)
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

They have now sent another pair (recorded delivery this time) which have arrived safe and sound.
