    I was reading about that on the Armed Forces board not too long ago, apparently if you print the rules off the official site (which I now can't remember, will look it up) and take it into the post office with you then they have to send it for free. It also says that an average sized shoebox will normally come under 2kg, as long as you don't fill it with tins of beans or bricks or something :rotfl:
