Paul Smith Outlet - help!!

I bought 2 tops as a present for my boyfriend in September from a website called the paulsmithoutlet selling reduced Paul Smith clothes. One of the items arrived but one hasn't and although it says to email the nfljerseysoutlet - I have done this 10 times over the last month but nobody ever replies!
Conveniently, there are no tel numbers or address under the "contact us" section on their website. I've paid for the items already and have nowhere else to turn. Citizens advice said if they're not a UK based org then there's nothing they can do. Has anyone had this problem?? It'd be rubbish at the best of times but I'm struggling with money at the moment so its all the more painful....

They would seem to be Chinese based and they are highly unlikely to be original Paul Smith clothes
I would suggest contacting your credit card provider to see if they can assist, assuming you paid via credit card"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Yup, utter scam. But what's confusing me is that the site seems to only be in French? If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

There's three of them -- dot net, dot com, and dot org. All the same cheesy clip-art but dot net and dot org are in English.0
