DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
hi, just out of interest has anyone purchased anything form bikerite.co.uk?? i ordered a airoh helmet 10 days ago and apart from a email confirming the order i have heard nothing since, despite several unanswered phone calls to their customer sevice line (answerphone on permanently) and countless unanswered emails too. they have a shop on ebay with terrible feedback regading customer service. i just wish i had done my homework.:mad: just a warning to everyone.

If you actually read the positives the common factor is poor communication. surely i does not take much to send a simple email to even acknowledged an order.

Thanks for the positive reply but the 01908 number also has had the permanant answerphone on. the reviews on ebay also say poor or no communication too. thanks though.
