If you only use £20 per qtr on average, how long did it take to get to £450 debt?
Over 5 years without paying a penny?
Your £20 per qtr is by no means average, hence why they want £103 pm.

The question is how did you get behind in the 1st place. Estimates bills and you didn't check the meter? Is £20 per quarter yuor average or is this just in the summer and you have elec heating in the winter?
