Tim_L wrote:So really, we have the answer to the age old question: really, size is not important, it's what you do with it. Now if we could have a definitive answer to the same question from the female half of the room, it could save me a lot of pumping on Dr Wolfgang's patent male enhancement machine...
Well personally I feel I can reassure you on this point (though I can't profess to represent all women of course, and us women are a capricious lot), and no one I know has put it better thus far than my old Dad who used to say, "It's not the gun, it's the gunner!"0 -
Not knowing age/ situation/lifestyle, but I know that for certain women, using the Pill (or certain brands of it) can increase
you a whole cup size (.)(.) woohoo!!!** i didn't lose my mind, i sold it on ebay **0 -
Come on, common sense person, if a man likes you he likes you, and he honestly, and I mean that, doesn't take the size of your chest into it. Once he actually likes you, he is way beyond measuring and checking, it's already subconsciously been done. For your own sake don't go the implant route, you will wholeheartedly regret it in later life. Gravity takes it's toll big time with the artificial stuff. You want to be Granny in Playboy?? And I haven't even mentioneed the pain and expense of implants, for what? To attract some dumb dude who judges you by the size of your chest?? Not brain, chest! Ooh, a real catch.0

You are all giving me food for thought thats for sure. You are all right, it just sounds so good on paper (so to speak) and is not the same in real life. I certainly don't want to be a glamourous gran! Did try the gym last night - have found muscles I didn't know I had, I can certainly feel my chest but that is because it hurts - oops think I will take it a little easier next time. Will keep you posted as to what happens (tape measure at the ready)0

Having good posture also makes you look bigger then you are if you slouch. if you walk tall, keep your shoulders back and chest out that could add a cup size to you without surgery
I was considering surgery myself when i was younger, a couple of ex BF used to put me down having small boobs and always compared me with bigger girls. Now i'm older and i've put on weight to a size 12 my boobs are bigger then when i first had my kids. they look much better and i feel better, so i'd wait a few years because your boob size changes all the time.
Also isn't life too short to worry about how you look like? Don't you think it's how you live your life that is more important? If people don't like you because of what you look like than they are not worth bothering with.0 -
A friend of mine had a flat chest, and after some nasty comments by some ex BF's and various "friends" she had a complex. She tried many suppliments (which dont come cheap), and NONE of them worked. She was so upset by her chest, she saved up and had a boob job. The surgeon said she was made for the op - he made her a comfortable B to C cup (a nice natural size). She did not suffer much pain at all, just some discomfort and what a change to her confidence! Now she dresses and feels like a woman. In her case I say it's the best thing she could have done. For HER not for a bloke!Save the earth, it's the only planet with chocolate!

There's probably very little effective difference between paying for cosmetic surgery and (for example) buying clothes you feel good in. Anything that boosts confidence is going to help you over insecurities, which is at the root of most of this. Certainly wouldn't argue with this. But it's a lot of money and there may be better avenues to explore first I think.0
