Go to your doctor. In some cases, you can get implants on the NHS, and they will be able to advise you better if any supplements will work.
There are also some exercises that make the muscles under your breasts bigger and firmer, which then can make your breasts larger.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

I agree with Majik - the gym is the way to go! Don't go too far though... light weight reps will do! :j0

Wannabe I think you should stay the way you are. My sister and a very good friend of my mine had boob jobs. They both now complain that men are always looking at their boobs when talking to them and they both feel like men never take them seriously as long term girlfriends only women to have fun with. (If you see what I mean)
Not saying all men are like this maybe its only the ones they meet.
But if I were you I would buy a wonderbra and I'm sure the right man for you will not care once you take it off for him;)0 -
A friend of mine (better not say who she is coz she looks on here now and again
) dangles her boobs in a bowl of water as hot as she can bear it and then in a bowl of cold water. She reckons it does her boobs good!!
I used to wish I was smaller chested when I was younger but now I'm glad I've got them. Two of my best assets!!

I have the same problem wannabe! My new best friend is my chicken fillet (gel insert) bra from Primark - £4. Well I say friend, I have several in all different colours - it has really made a difference to how I feel in my clothes now - I cannot recommend them enough. Just waiting for them to do chicken fillet bikinis now!

Cant get that vision out of my head now
:rotfl:
But seriously I think it depends on what sort of frame you have a size 8 with large boobs to me looks all wrong so I think you need a bit on meat on you to get away with a larger chest. A rounded women with boobs looks good but a matchstick with boobs I'm not convinvced about.0 -
Think of the money you save on bras. I'm a 30G and the cheapest bra I've found in my size (apart from on sale) is £21.0

As a renowned expert in the field of breast attractivness I can assure you that shape is the most important aspect and small but nicely formed is rather nice.Happy chappy0

Go to https://www.maxcleavage.com.
Lots of nice gel filled bra's (take you up to 2 cup sizes bigger!), chicken fillets, bikini's, swimming costumes etc etc.
I have same problem. I don't want to resort to surgery more coz of the horror stories! At least wearing the underwear makes you feel more shapely. The are a bit expensive, but honestly - you feel so different wearing them.

I think it will be a trip to primark this weekend then! Know what you mean about the bikini I wish there were more around that gave you a bit of cleavage without costing an arm and leg. They hardly ever go into the sales. Mind you I guess it is worth the money to just feel more feminine. I looked into the cost of a boob job and it is crazy money, if only they did BOGOF on them eh!0
