Hi,
Bought an item for my laptop from ebay. Was told it would fit. Received it this morning and it doesn't... Buyer hasn't replied to my emails but will give them a chance to obviously
If they say they have sent me the incorrect item, should I have to pay postage to return the incorrect item to them for an exchange? Or should I ask them to pay it? If they won't pay the return p&p, can I go through paypal and get a refund plus return postage that way?
Just want to know what my options are.
Thanks.

PP will refund you original payment inc P&P and no more
a good seller will pay return postage but you cant really make them0 -
I would ask the seller (politely) to refund the return postage too...
They don't have to, although as custardy said, a good seller would refund both lots of postage. The only option left would leave a negative stating that the item was incorrect but the seller did pay return postage.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
